Talks on duty free zone at Zvartnots still going on
Talks on opening of a duty free zone at the Zvartnots International Airport are still ongoing, told media Wednesday Armenia’s Minister of Economy Nerses Yeritsian.
“Talks with Eduardo Ernekian to open a duty free zone at the airport haven’t finished yet. We’ll try to invest next year while the government has already started establishing programs [related to the zone],” said Minister.
The zone’s construction works are scheduled to be finished by 2011. The duty free zone will open trade boxes offering jewelry, food, fruits, etc.
