Cairo, Tehran set to resume air communication
Egypt and Iran have agreed to resume air communication between their capitals after 30 years’ interval.
According to an agreement, they will operate 28 weekly flights. The exact date of launching flights it not reported, according to gazeta.ru.
Air communication between Iran and Egypt was interrupted in 1980 when Egypt recognized the state Israel after the Islamic Revolution in Iran.
