Bako Sahakyan receives OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs

Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan today received OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs Robert Bradtke (U.S.), Igor Popov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France), experts accompanying them who arrived in Artsakh as part of MG field assessment mission.

According to Artsakh President’s press office, at the meeting, the parties addressed implementation of the mission.

Touching upon field assessment mission second phase due in Artsakh territory occupied by Azerbaijan President Sahakyan said Artsakh authorities expect constructive approach by Baku in implementing the mission in Shahumyan, Getashen, Martakert, and Martuni regions.

The Artsakh President and Co-chairs also discussed the latest developments in the resolution of Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict. The President stressed that by keeping anti-Armenian propaganda and taking unconstructive steps Azerbaijan hinders conflict resolution, and called on the Co-chairs to adequately respond to Azerbaijan’s policy.
