OSCE field assessment mission in Artsakh means of negotiations
“OSCE field assessment mission in Artsakh was a means of keeping the negotiations. The parties understand that mission’s main purpose is just the process and not results,” Deputy Director of the Caucasus Institute, political scientist Sergey Minasyan told a news conference.
According to the expert, we should not expect a result in the Nagorno Karabakh settlement in the near future since none of the parties is ready to make mutually acceptable concessions.
“For Armenia, it is positive that the negotiation process goes on, and the co-chairs constantly repeat that resumption of military operations is unacceptable.”
