More than 75 cases of ceasefire violation recorded

In the period from October 16 to 19 in different parts of the contact zone between Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces have been recorded more than 75 cases of cease-fire regime violation during which the units of the Azerbaijani armed forces around 600 shots have been set from the weapons of “АК”, “СВД”, “ПК”, “КПВД”, “РПК” and “УТЁС” type in the direction of Hadrut, Martuni, Askeran and Martakert regions where the positions of the Karabakh frontiers are located.

More intensive firing was recorded on October 18 and 19. During this time the enemy violated the cease-fire regime for about 30 times in the direction of Martakert defensive positions.

According to the press release issued by the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense, after the actions undertaken by the army units the enemy has kept silence.
