Tigran Sargsyan meets with Mohammad Reza Rahimi
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met with Iran’s Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi on October 25, as part of his official visit to Iran, government press office reported.
The parties attached importance to further expansion of economic cooperation.
Tigran Sargsyan stressed necessity of cooperation in education, health and cattle-breeding spheres. He thanked Mohammad Reza Rahimi for supporting the Armenian community.
Mohammad Reza Rahimi also attached importance to intensification of economic contacts with Armenia noting that economic cooperation has a potential for development.
Tigran Sargsyan also met with Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki addressing regional problems, Iran’s relations with neighbors, nuclear program. Iranian party voiced proposals to be addressed at the next session of Armenian-Iranian intergovernmental commission.
Tigran Sargsyan is today meeting with Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
