International community should respond to Baku’s provocations

Azerbaijani party constantly organizes diversions before or after high level meetings to express its discontent with the negotiation process, member of Armenian parliament Artak Zakaryan told Aysor.

Note that NKR Defense Army’s serviceman Harut Grigoryan, 20, was killed by enemy fire on the line of contact of Azerbaijan-NKR armed forces on October 26.

According to Zakaryan, if the mediators made concrete demands on ceasefire maintenance to Azerbaijani party, probably, Azerbaijan would not commit provocations.

“Creating tension with its provocations Azerbaijan attempts to instigate Armenian party to take response actions to increase anti-Armenian propaganda, to justify its bellicose statements. The international community, OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs should take it into account and undertake restraining measures,” parliamentarian said.
