G. Danielyan attends session of CIS Council of Justice Ministers
Armenia’s Minister of Justice Gevorg Danielyan between November 2 and 3 participated in the 5th session of the CIS Council of Justice Ministers in the city of Kazan, Russia. As an observer, G. Danielyan also attended the 16th session of Justice Ministers of the Eurasian Economic Community member states which was also hosted by Kazan in those days, Justice Ministry spokesman said.
The Council addressed reconsideration of legal bases for improvement of administration, current problems of free legal advice, ways to improve international legal cooperation over exercise of legal acts, social and political bases for introduction of mediator institution in examination of legal disputes.
The Justice Minister presented proposals over the mentioned issues.
The Council passed a resolution according to which the 6th session of the CIS Council of Justice Ministers will be held in September 2011 in Tajikistan.
