NATO not to create joint missile defense with Russia
NATO is not going to create joint missile defense with Russia, yet it seeks to establish cooperation between the two systems, NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen told reporters in Brussels.
According to him, the meeting scheduled for November 20 will mark a new start in “Russia-NATO relations, moreover, in Russia-West relations.”
Rasmussen expects the sides to address future cooperation within missile defense system as part of the Lisbon Summit, RBK.ru reports citing Deutsche Welle.
