Socintern keeps its efforts towards NKR settlement

Members of ARFD attended the meeting of Socintern Council between November 15 and 16 in Paris. Socintern Council adopted a resolution over the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, ARF Political Director Giro Manoyan told reporters in Yerevan.

According to Manoyan, thus Socintern has decided to keep its efforts towards the resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict to establish dialogue between the two parties.

“The resolution attaches importance to settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict to establish peace and stability in the region. The resolution prioritizes determination of Nagorno Karabakh official status and establishment of a final status, establishment of rights for displaced persons and maintenance of the ceasefire agreement,” Manoyan said.

The resolution urges the parties to show political will to resolve the key issue of the resolution, politician said.
