M. Sargsyan: Armenia’s exports to Belarus disappointing
Such annual mutual meetings give a possibility to businessmen to establish contacts, to create joint programs, to try to resolve exports problems, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Armenia, Martin Sargsyan told reporters within the framework of the Armenian-Belarusian business forum.
M. Sargsyan described Armenia’s exports to Belarus as disappointing noting that imports from Belarus to Armenia total USD 30m while exports only USD 3.5m.
Note that Armenia exports fruit juices, non-sweet drinks, ethyl spirit, drugs, jewelry, electrical medical devices, stones, cement, apricots, cherries, peaches, plums, nectarine to Belarus.
Our country imports milk and cream, powdered milk, fish, caviar, drugs, matches, rubber wheels, motors, pumps, tractors, vehicle parts, excavators and other goods from Belarus.
