Russia bans foreign citizens’ employment in retail trade
Starting 2011, the Russian government bans to employ foreign citizens in retail trade sector (alcoholic drinks, drugs), as well as in retail trade in markets, tents and retail trade outside shops, Aze.az reports citing Russian sources.
The decree published Wednesday, December 1 on Russian government’s website said:
“Economic entities…by January 1, 2001 should introduce the list of foreign employees, meeting the requirements of the labor legislation of the Russian Federation.”
