Cyprus assists OSCE MG efforts
Cyprus assists OSCE Minsk Group efforts on the Nagorno Karabakh settlement, Cyprian President Dimitris Christofias stated after his meeting with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan in Cyprus stressing that the conflict should be resolved through peaceful means, on the basis of the international law, aysor.am correspondent reports from Cyprus.
“I want to publicly express the support of Cyprus to the efforts to resolve the Nagorno Karabakh conflict within OSCE Minsk Group, through peaceful means, on the basis of the international law,” Cyprian President said.
President Serzh Sargsyan is in Cyprus for a state visit. He has met with his Cyprian counterpart Dimitris Christofias today. The Presidents discussed bilateral relations. President Sargsyan will meet with Achbishop Chrysostomos II of Cyprus, President of the House of Representatives Marios Garoyian, representatives of the Armenian community. Today he will attend the opening of the Armenian-Cyprian business forum at the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with participation of Armenian and Cyprian businessmen.
