Expert predicts no revolution in Armenian-Georgian relations
Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili’s forthcoming visit to Armenia scheduled for January 22 cannot be revolutionary for the bilateral relations, Caucasus Institute Director Alexander Iskandaryan told a news conference.
In his words, Armenia’s and Georgia’s political elites need to communicate more actively.
“Armenia’s and Georgia’s political elites rarely communicate, despite many unsolved problems and unused abilities,” Iskandaryan said adding that it will be merely a regular working visit.
