Domodedovo terrorist attack: 18 of victims identified
87 people who suffered from Moscow’s Domodedovo airport’s terrorist attack were still at Moscow hospitals as of January 25. Out of them, 8 are foreign citizens.
According to the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, there are two Armenians among the victims – Guryan Khachaturov, 65 and Yuri Vardanov, 58. Earlier reports mentioned the name of Karen Galustyan, 42 but updated lists do not mention his name.
The source said that this list does not include four bodies and body parts that need to undergo expertise.
The terrorist attack at Moscow’s Domodedovo airport occurred Monday, January 24 at 04:32 pm local time. Terrorists struck again in the heart of Russia, with a suicide bomber blowing himself up in Moscow's busiest airport and turning its international arrivals terminal into a smoky, blood-spattered hall of dismembered bodies, screaming survivors and abandoned suitcases. A criminal case has been filed over the terrorist attack under 3 articles of Russia’s Criminal Code, including terrorism.
Latest reports say 35 have been killed in the blast.
