105th service center of VivaCell opened in Abovian
VivaCell-MTS’ new-generation service center opened in Abovyan, already second in this city, will significantly enhance VivaCell – MTS’ subscribers’ ability to access company’s products and services
VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of Mobile TeleSystems OJSC, announces the launch of the second service center in Abovyan providing a wide scope of products and services to the local population.
The new service center is one of VivaCell – MTS’ new generation service centers providing high quality customer service, with an average capacity to serve 100 subscribers per hour.
VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian said: “VivaCell-MTS is committed to provide its huge loyal customer base with the best customer experience regardless of where they are . Taking this into consideration, we strive to expand our network in the regions, in order to provide our subscribers wherever they are with better access to the wide range of our products and services. The new service center located in the center of Abovyan – at 22 Hanrapetutyun Street (near supermarket Van) will significantly enhance subscribers’ ability to access Company’s products and services. With this new service center the total number of VivaCell-MTS service centers across Armenia now has reached 105.

VivaCell-MTS’ subscribers will benefit from the operation of the newly-opened service center by receiving necessary customer support from qualified staff. The whole range of the company’s products and services is made available in the newly-opened service center including international roaming, post-paid and prepaid packages with respective tariff plans, invoice settling, different denomination scratch cards, number selection, data tariff plans together with 3G modems and Wi-Fi routers, a wide range of mobile phones and other accessories, corporate packages, detailed bills, and other services.
