Levon Aronian shared point with Anish Giri
On the tenth round of the chess festival being held in Veik an Zee in the Netherlands Levon Aronian played a drawn game with Anish Giri. The Armenian GM now has 6.5 points and shares the 3-4th places with Vladimir Kramnik. Hikaru Nakamura and Vishvanatan Anand took victory over Vishye-Lagrav and Alexei Shirov receiving 7 points each and now are leading the tournament list.
Tomorrow on the 11th round Levon Aronian will play vs Ruslan Ponomaryov.
Gabriel Sargsyan playing in “B” group was defeated for the first time in this tournament by Lim. The Armenian chess player has received 6 points and shares the 3rd and 5th places with Tkachev, McShane and Navara. In this tournament too there are two leaders, Son and Efimenko, who have 6.5 points each.
