NKR President meets with Prosecutor’s Office workers

Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan on February 11 met with workers of the Prosecutor’s Office of the republic.

The results of the year 2010 were summed up and plans for 2011 were touched upon during the meeting.

Prosecutor General Arshavir Gharamyan and responsible workers of the structure delivered corresponding reports.

The President rated satisfactory the 2010 activity of the Prosecutor’s Office meanwhile underlining that there is still much work to do.

Special attention was paid to the cadre policy. Bako Sahakyan underlined that workers of the Prosecutor’s Office should be stricter and more responsible towards their official duties and those who do not correspond to the posts they hold will be unconditionally dismissed from their positions. 

The President also touched upon the issues of material and logistical support of the Prosecutor’s Office noting the necessity of having a modern laboratory of forensic examination and a forensic medical center.

Bako Sahakyan gave concrete instructions to the leadership of the structure for solving issues raised during the meeting, Artsakh President’s press office reports.
