HAK: Azerbaijani authorities committed grave blunders

The Nagorno Karabakh settlement main events take place not in OSCE Minsk Group format but rather around it – in PACE, UN, representative of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) David Shahnazaryan told reporters in Yerevan.

“The Azerbaijani authorities committed grave blunders proving that for them, the negotiations are nothing else but “return” of territories, and further aggravating the situation with bellicose statements. However, our diplomacy doesn’t take advantage of Azerbaijan’s mistakes,” Shahnazaryan stated.

He stressed that it was Azerbaijan that once unleashed war and later asked for concluding truce.

“The truce agreement of 1995 has been consigned to oblivion. Armenia needs to make good use of the fact that Azerbaijan does not observe the provisions stipulated by four documents of UN Security Council and seeks war, not to mention the documents of Budapest of 1994 and Prague of 1995,” HAK member said in his remarks.
