Turkish parliament to discuss its participation in Libya
Today the Turkish parliament is to hold discussions on providing a mandate on conducting NATO countries' military campaign against Libya. According to legislation of this country it is the parliament that is liable to make decisions on participation in military operations by the armed forces that take place out of the country, the sources report.
