“Country will not develop until it gets rid of corruption”
“The country will not develop until it gets rid of the corruption,” the president of the “Trade Union” NGO Tsolvard Gevorgyan and added that both the placemen and the businessmen are guilty for who earning bread has become the meaning of his life.
According to her before the businessmen defended their interests in courts. 54 cases were defended by the NGO till 2004 and none of them were failed. The businessmen new that the court will be just, however the economic courts which could give quick and operative solutions to the problems are abolished now. Gevorgyan mentioned that since 2009 they are engaged in a judicial process which is not finished yet and still continues. The trails are held once in 4-5 months as the Administrative Court is overloaded.
According to the speaker though the government has decided to set the small and medium business free of checking, the NGO gets alarms that the businessmen are being bothered.
Coming to the problem of the open air merchants Ts. Gevorgyan noticed that “The pavements should be clean. There is no doubt about it. But they were to give some time to the merchants to care their needs.”
Ts. Gevorgyan assessed positively the tax changes and posed a question whether those changes will be used. According to her the works shouldn’t be conducted without the control cash coupons, but “it doesn’t refer to those who have a roof.”
He called on the citizens to demand their control cash coupons regardless whether it will win or not.
