OSCE mission monitors contact line
On May 12, in accordance with the achieved agreement with the NKR authorities, the OSCE mission conducted а regular monitoring of the line of contact of the Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces in the Hadrut direction.
From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring was conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Hristo Hristov (Bulgaria) and William Pryor (Great Britain).
From the Azerbaijani territory, the monitoring mission was headed by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk. The monitoring group also comprised Coordinator of the OSCE Office, Lieutenant-Colonel Imre Palatinus (Hungary) and Field Assistant of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Antal Herdic (Hungary).
The monitoring passed in accordance with the agreed schedule, and no violation of the ceasefire regime was recorded.
From the Karabakh side, the monitoring mission was accompanied by representatives of the NKR Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs, NKR MFA Press Service reported.
