“Euro-2012” train leaves without Armenian team

Ireland – Armenia 2:1 (1:0)

The starting minutes showed that the Armenian football players are determined they were not falling behind their rivals, just on the contrary they very soon took the situation under their control in the center of the playground. After the 15th minute Edgar Malakyan made a mistake and Roman Berezovsky touched the ball with his hand. He received a red card. Edgar Malakyan was replaced by Arsen Petrosyan.

Thus Roman Berezovsky was removed from the playground for playing by hand. The penalty blow was implemented by McGidi.

The time was passing and it seemed for a moment that even with 10 players our team could be able to commit its mission. However Valeri Aleksanyan mistakenly passed the ball into our gates and the score became 0:1.

On the second half the Armenian football players became more active trying to save the situation. However on the 60th minute Richard Dann scored one more goal and the score of the game became 0:2. Ireland took victory with the score of 2:1. And our team has to get lessons from this match and get ready for the 2014 Championship.
