Armenia member of UNESCO’s International Bureau of Education
Voting for committees, commissions and other adjacent bodies was carried out in the frameworks of the 36th General Assembly session of UNESCO’s International Bureau of Education.
In the second round, together with other Soviet countries was included also Armenia. It was listed among other three candidates– Bulgaria, Slovakia and Latvia, and became a member of UNESCO’s International Bureau of Education getting 108 votes.
Karine Harutyunyan, the Deputy Minister of Education and Science, will represent Armenia, the Press Service of MFA reports.
