“War is unlikely to resume now”
“The war is unlikely to be resumed in Karabakh at present,” said political scientist Hrant Melik Shahnazaryan today.
According to him the failure of the NKR negotiation process is the result of the policy carried out by Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliev.
“Azerbaijan realizes that at this moment it cannot win the Armenian side,” H. Melik Shahnazaryan noticed.
On its turn military expert Artsrun Hovhannisyan mentioned that there is always probability of war and it shouldn’t be excluded.
According to him Azerbaijan is not ready to launch active military actions at present.
According to him there is no sniper-war in Karabakh as during sniper-war the snipers start “hunting” after each other in order to kill each other.
According to A. Hovhannisyan, most of the Azerbaijani snipers are of different nationalities, there are also women in their number, and they escape our snipers taking into consideration the latter’s professionalism.
