Bako Sahakyan signs a decree
Today President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on making a change in the February 7, 2000 presidential decree “On assigning the composition of the commission on granting certificates to individuals having the status of victims of political repressions or their first devisees”, the Central Information Department of the office of the Artsakh Republic President reports.
The new composition of the commission is the following:
Narine Narimanyan, NKR minister of justice (chairman of the commission); Shahen Aydinyan, head of the military-patriotic education department at the NKR Defense Ministry; Mkhitar Grigoryan, deputy head of the Police under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers; Albert Khachiyan, first deputy of the Security Service under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers; Sevak Hakobyan, deputy attorney general of the NKR; Lenston Ghoulyan, deputy minister of social security of the NKR; Karen Danielyan, deputy minister of justice of the NKR (secretary of the commission).
