Center after Heydar Aliyev is on fire
Today in Baku in Heydar Aliyev’s center fire occurred. Two helicopters were taking part in the process of extinguishing the blaze.
According to Gazeta.ru 50 firefighter cars were trying to extinguish the flame.
The fire was extinguished. No information about the victims. The reasons of the fire are not known as well.
The center -- named after the late former president and father of Azerbaijan’s current President Ilham Aliyev -- was built at a reported cost of $250 million and opened in May to mark Heydar Aliyev’s 89th birthday and was opened on May 10, 2012.
