STAR Hot line: New opportunities for internet users
Improving customer service, STAR trade chain launches a new project Web call, on the basis of STAR Hot Line.
“STAR Hotline, with the appliance of modern technologies, has been operating since May of the current year, which enables us to more effectively serve large numbers of customers. But so far it's been implemented only via telephone service. Today, due to new “Web Calls” service our customers can make free audio and video calls to STAR's hotline directly from the company's official web site (www.star.am) and Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/starsupermarket/app_209149122535956),” said marketing director of STAR trade chain Mariam Harutyunyan.
The new service will be available every day from 09:00 to 21:00, in accordance with Hot line working hours, and will enable STAR to more efficiently respond to customer questions and requests.
“Communication with customers, quick response to their problems and questions are of high priority for us. That is why we consider important any investment that can have a positive impact on improving service quality,” said HR Director of STAR trade chain Mariana Edilyan.
