Food Security Service officials arrested for taking bribes
RA Police Department for Combating Organized Crime arrested several officials of the State Food Security Service at the Armenian Agriculture Ministry on charges of taking bribe, Zhoghovurd reports.
“It is rumored that the police revealed that in 2009-2012 the officials agreed with several bakery owners in Yerevan and took bribes from them for not holding inspections there.
The press service of police confirmed the fact, saying that the former head of the State Food Security Service was Grisha Baghyan and now the service is headed by former CEC official Abram Bakhchagulyan,” Zhoghovurd writes.
