Typhoon killed 32 people in Asia
A typhoon has now killed 32 people across Asia - and left scenes of devastation to rival Superstorm Sandy in the US, the Sky News reports.
Typhoon Son-Tinh blew the roofs off more than 13,000 homes in Vietnam, killing at least seven people and damaged nearly 19,000 hectares (47,000 acres) of rice crops.
Vietnam's disaster agency reported the death toll and said five people were still missing and 43 injured after the storm ripped through the north of the country.
In southern China, the typhoon killed one person and left another five missing, the Ministry of Civil Affairs said.
