Bako Sahakyan signed a decree

On 23 November President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on making a change in the February 7, 2000 NKR presidential decree "On assigning the composition of the commission on granting certificates to individuals having the status of political repressions' victims or their first devisees".

According to the decree the commission has the following composition:

Ararat Danielyan- NKR minister of justice (chairman of the commission);

Mkhitar Grigoryan- deputy head of the Police under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers;

Albert Khachiyan- first deputy of the National Security Service under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers;

Sevak Hakobyan- deputy attorney general of the NKR;

Karo Hambardzumyan - acting head of the NKR defense ministry's department of patriotic-military education and relations with the public organizations;

Lenston Ghoulyan- NKR deputy minister of labor and social issues;

Karen Danielyan- NKR deputy minister of justice (secretary of the commission).
