Ter-Petrosian to react to current movement in Liberty Square?

A special convention of the Armenian All-National Movement Party (HHSh) will be held today in the Session Hall of the Armenian government. The issue of joining Armenian National Congress (HAK) Party is on the agenda.

According to sources of Haykakan Zhamanak daily, Levon Ter-Petrosian will also make a speech at the convention. The decision regarding HAK Party is quite predictable. Another question is interesting: Will Ter-Petrosian in his speech react to the new movement that has begun in Liberty Square and is also a post-election one demanding that real results of the presidential election be recorded?

“Let us remind you that throughout the 2008 movement, assurances were voiced to dispel suspicions of various strata of society that the movement was not a struggle between some persons – it was stated that the movement leader was an instrument for restoring justice. The 2013 movement in Liberty Square has the same aim, only persons have changed,” the daily writes.
