Lawyer: I am pretty sure measure of restraint won’t be changed
The appeal against the court decision to arrest the epos expert, ex-presidential candidate Vardan Sedrakian will be examined on March 18.
Sedrakian’s defense lawyer Alexander Sirunian told Aysor.am that he is pretty sure that the measure of restraint, i.e. arrest, will not be changed.
We would remind you that the court of general jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts in Yerevan granted the petition of the National Security Service to place Vardan Sedrakian under two-month arrest.
Vardan Sedrakian has been charged with ordering the attempted murder committed against another candidate, leader of AIM Party Paruyr Hayrikian.
