Hello Yerevan bloc’s purpose is to change management system

Hello Yerevan bloc of parties is running in the May 5 elections to Yerevan Council of Elders with one conviction: to change the management system, the deputy chairman of Heritage Party Armen Martirosian, who tops Hello Yerevan bloc’s list of candidates, declared at the rally in Liberty Square of Yerevan today.

He said the current system is aimed at protecting the interests of a few oligarchs and several officials.

In the words of Armen Martirosian, if Hello Yerevan bloc of parties constitutes a majority in the Yerevan Council of Elders, none of its members will have his/her own business. “Our mayor and his relatives will not have a business,” Martirosian said.

He enumerated a number of spheres such as transport and planting of greenery where problems can be solves quite rapidly.“We are going to return the gardens and parks to the capital city. Proceedings will be initiated against the owners of buildings constructed without authorization,” Armen Martirosian said.
