Hraparak: Constitutional reforms to be implemented in Armenia
A process of constitutional reforms will start in Armenia in the next two-three years, according to “Hraparak”. The introduction of the institution of deputy prime ministers is one of the expected changes. According to preliminary information, three deputy prime ministers will be responsible for economic, social, and military and policing branches of government. “The changes will become preparatory work for the transition to a parliamentary form of government,” the newspaper writes.
