Prime minister files application to Prosecutor General’s Office
The Office of Prosecutor General has received an application of Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan today.
Ms. Sona Truzian, advisor to Armenia’s prosecutor general, told Aysor.am that the application will be examined duly.
The matter concerns an article entitled “Cyprus Troyka: Who ‘Stripped’ Businessman Paylak Hayrapetayn of His Assets?” published on Hetq.am.
“Wlispera Holding Limited, an offshore company registered in Cyprus, has three equal shareholders - RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, Primate of the Ararat Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Navasard Kjoyan, and Ashot Sukiasian. Wlispera (WHL) is directly connected to a case involving the seizure of assets belonging to businessman Paylak Hayrapetyan,” is said in the article.
