Activist David Sanasarian intends to appeal against court decision

Activist David Sanasarian intends to appeal against the decision of the court of Yerevan’s Avan and Nor-Nork districts. The court has rejected his legal action against ax-deputy of the Armenian parliament Ruben Hayrapetian.

“A groundless decision had been taken. Until now I had a higher opinion of court,” David Sanasarian told Aysor.am.
According to him, decisions regarding the lawsuits of another two members of “We demand punishment of all the culprits in the Harsnakar incident” social movement’s initiative group, Garegin Chukaszian and Hranush Kharatian, have not yet been made, but those lawsuits will also be rejected.

David Sanasarian , an activist of the abovementioned movement’s initiative group, had sued Ruben Hayrapetian for damages to his honor and dignity. In an interview with “Nouvelles d’Armenie”, R. Hayrapetian voiced abuses and threats against David Sanasarian.
