ARG losses amount to 64.9 billion AMD in 2012

A general meeting of shareholders of ArmRosGazprom (ARG) CJSC was held in Yerevan on June 30. According to the company’s press service, the 2012 annual report and the balance sheet of ARG were approved at the meeting, given the conclusion of the audit commission of the company.

The participants discussed payment of dividends for 2012. A decision was made not to assign and pay dividends in connection with the company’s losses of 64.9 billion AMD in 2012.

The Board of Directors of ArmRosGazprom CJSC was elected at the general meeting of shareholders. Vardan Harutyunian, Nikolai Vasilyev, Valery Golubev, Iosif Isayan, Elena Karpel, Armen Movsisian , and Alexander Frolov were elected as Board members.

A regular sitting of the Board of Directors of ARG CJSC was held on the same day. At the sitting, Valery Golubev was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Armen Movsisian and Vahe Stepanian were elected as Deputy Chairman and Secretary of the Board of Directors respectively.
