Control Chamber: Ministry of Economy did not submit any objections
The Control Chamber of Armenia issued a statement concerning the remarks made by Minister of Economy Vahram Avanesian at the press conference today. The Control Chamber’s statement particularly says:
“Minister of Economy Vahram Avanesian, when speaking today about the 2012 report of the Control Chamber, said: “In connection with the results of the audit conducted at the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry had objections and officially submitted those objections to the Control Chamber”.
In this connection the press service of the Control Chamber states that in its official letters to the Armenian government and the Control Chamber, the Ministry of Economy did not present any objections to the audit results.
“Moreover, a schedule and information about elimination of the revealed violations and omissions were presented,” the statement of the Control Chamber reads.
