Driver in fatal Moscow crash wanted to earn money for son’s gravestone
Hrachia Harutyunian, who is the accused person in the case of the fatal crash in New Moscow that left 18 people dead, went to Moscow to earn money for the gravestone of his son, Harutyunian’s brother told HTB Channel (Russia).
He said that Hrachia was an azatamartik who had suffered a contusion. Hrachia’s 21-year-old son died in the army a year ago.
“None of the members of our family would want to case such damage. I am convinced that the car’s brakes were probably the cause. He was trying to do everything so that nothing would happen to anyone,” Arthur Harutyunain said.
Hrachia Harutyunian, 46, has a wife, a child, a grandchild, and an elderly father.
