Prime minister receives Russian transport minister
Armenian Prime Minister, Co-Chairman of the Armenian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation Tigran Sargsyan received today Russia’s Minister of Transport, Co-Chairman of the Intergovernmental Commission Maxim Sokolov.
“Based on the results of our previous meetings, much work has been done, producing tangible results. A lot of issues were discussed, in particular, issues related to the diversification of economic relations and the identification of new spheres of cooperation. One can say that Armenian-Russian relations are dynamically developing,” the prime minister stated.
The interlocutors touched upon the agenda of the upcoming sitting of the Intergovernmental Commission and agreed to hold the next sitting in Saint Petersburg in the autumn.
T. Sargsyan and M. Sokolov signed a protocol regarding the meeting results and the issues discussed.
