Prime minister visits reconstructed Arzni health center
Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan visited today the Arzni health center that has been reconstructed by the government decision. Financing was provided by SME Investments universal credit institution set up to assist small and medium business, the press service of Armenian government said.
The head of the government familiarized himself with the work done and the recreation and treatment conditions. He also met with citizens who rest and receive treatment in Arzni thanks to social packages provided by a decision of the Armenian government. They thanked the prime minister for the adoption of the program of such social packages.
In 2013 the health center received credits of 300 million AMD from SME Investments credit institution. 235 million AMD of the indicated sum was spent on reconstruction of building #1 of the health center. Work began in March 2013 and finished in July. Treatment rooms have been repaired and equipped with modern equipment. The health center provides treatment for diabetes, neurosis, diseases of the cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract, loco motor apparatus, etc.
Some 300 beneficiaries from Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh have received treatment at Arzni health center since the introduction of the program of social packages. Besides, hundreds of Armenian citizens have been treated in Arzni under the state order system.
