Consumer prices go up 0.3% in Armenia
Consumer prices increased in Armenia by 0.3% in August on July 2013. According to the National Statistical Service of Armenia, there was a 1% decline in food prices (including prices of alcoholic drinks and tobacco products) in August compared with July 2013. Prices of nonfood products grew by 0.1%, service tariffs – by 2.6%.
Consumer price index made 103.5% in August 2013 compared with the same period of last year, including the index of foodstuffs (including alcoholic drinks and tobacco products) – 100.4%, of nonfoods – 101.0%, and of services – 110.5%.
