Police discover ammunition dump in Proshian village
On September 4 the Nairi police station received a phone call that ammunition was found in the attic of the school in Proshian village, Kotayk province.
Police said a task force was sent to the indicate place. Policemen found 38 ammonite charges, 15 TNT cartridges, two anti-tank mines without exploders, 8 tracer bullets, 80 cartridges, 3 detonators, and a 25-centimeter igniting fuse.
The ammunition was handed over to field engineers for destruction. An investigation is underway.
