Zhoghovurd: BHK plans structural changes
Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) intends to convene a congress in the near future to discuss structural changes to be launched within the party, ‘Zhoghovurd’ writes citing its sources.
The paper’s sources said that BNK wants to reduce sharply the number of members of its political board. It is planned that BHK members who engage in business as well as those linked with the authorities should withdraw from the political board.
The creation of a council at the BHK board is also under discussion. During a talk with the daily’s correspondent, BHK spokesman, parliamentary deputy Tigran Urikhanian didn’t refute rumors about the upcoming congress. In his words, in accordance with established order, any party shall hold congresses twice a year.
