Seven working groups set up as part of preparations for entry into CU
Deputy Minister of Economy Ms. Karine Minasian announced following the government session today that seven working groups have been set up as part of preparations for the negotiations on Armenia’s entry into the Customs Union.
The first group is a legal one, it will examine legal provisions. The second working group will deal with customs regulation issues. Customs tariffs of Armenia differ from those of the Customs Union. The fourth group is related to technical regulation. The fifth working group will deal with problems of customs activities and infrastructure, and the sixth one – with competition issues.
