Prime minister: Directors of loss-making enterprises should resign
“Directors of those enterprises, which are partly or fully state-funded but operate at a loss, should be dismissed,” Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said at the government session today.
In his words, when there are no grounds for inefficient work, managers should resign.
“If we fully finance an enterprise, but it operates at a loss, then the reason is either poor management or incorrect budget planning and the director cannot manage state funds. Such managers must submit their resignations,” Tigran Sargsyan said.
