President introduces Kostanian to Prosecutor Office’s Collegium

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan visited today the Office of Armenia’s Prosecutor General and introduced the newly-appointed Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanian to the members of the Collegium, according to the presidential press service.

The head of the country congratulated Gevorg Kostanian on his appointment to the responsible post, wished him success and expressed hope that thanks to his new approaches and principles of work, the new prosecutor general – with the support of the staff of the prosecutor office - will succeed in carrying out efficiently the tasks set before the system.

President Sargsyan also thanked former Prosecutor General of Armenia Aghvan Hovsepian for his long activities, stressing that Aghvan Hovsepian still has much work to do in the court and legal system of our country.
