Another charge brought against Hrachia Harutyunian
Hrachia Harutyunian, an Armenian citizen accused of causing a deadly crash near Moscow in July of this year, has also been charged with using a forged work permit, according to ‘Evening Moscow’.
The paper says that earlier H. Harutyunian was charged under the Russian Criminal Code’s Article 264 part 5 – violation of the rules for traffic safety and operation of transport vehicles, entailing by negligence deaths of two or more people. The maximum punishment is 7-year imprisonment.
Now Hrachia Harutyunian has also been charged under Article 327 part 3 – use of a knowingly forged document, which is punishable by a fine, corrective labor, or imprisonment of up to six months.
