Zhoghovurd: Arman Tatoyan’s appointment kept secret
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan yesterday signed a decision about appointment of Arman Tatoyan as deputy justice minister of Armenia, ‘Zhoghovurd’ paper says.
“Yet that appointment was kept secret as of yesterday, with no announcement about it being made on the government’s official site and by the mass media,” the daily writes.
According to ‘Zhoghovurd’, until now Arman Tatoyan worked as an advisor in Armenia’s Constitutional Court. At a meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in 2011, he was elected Armenia’s representative in the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment.
